Shake it babeh

So, I'm cooking dinner and Taylor tells me she must get hooked up to her only source of milk so Adam so graciously takes over. I'm in the glider feeding our wee one and Adam is stirring the sautéed onions and asparagus, heating up the spicy Turkey meatballs and preparing the penne pasta to be covered in Trader Giotto's tomato basil sauce. Well, Taylor is calmly drinking to her heart's delight and then in the kitchen we hear "Pop! Sizzle sizzle sizzle! Doht! Good one Bergmann! Hehhehheh hahahaaahhhhh.... Honey I think this one is worthy of a picture!" Apparently he forgot that he loosened the cap on the marinara sauce. He began shaking it and heard a peculiar rattling sound which encouraged him to shake it more to discover the reason of the rattling. Pop! went the top and splat when its contents landing on the burner (sizzle sizzle sizzle) and all across the floor, the cupboards, the rug, all over Adam's shirt, neck, ear- you name it. Somehow it slid down the front of the cupboards as well as inside. There was sauce on the trash bags inside the cupboards. Everytime we thought we were done cleaning marinara, another splotch of it revealed itself. We even had to remove the knobs from the stove to clean behind them. In our dinner prayer, after thanking Him for the food we have, I made sure to thank Heavenly Father for the funny things in this life. I'm grateful for a husband who helps me cook dinner and helps me laugh in the process.
